I placed an order on 12/16 and item was never received. Tried contacting seller and I have still not received anything. Would not recommend

This item is super adorable and well made. The item arrived about a little over a month after I ordered it (I knew it would get to me after the holiday anyway) but both Jane and Sealed Paperie were responsive and helpful to my concerns!

Great pet ornaments!

I ordered two sets of these. They are great quality and are really sturdy. Very easy to clean. I ordered a second set and never received them. Jane customer service was not the easiest as chat never responded back as they stated they would. Finally found an email for customer service and was able to submit a claim and refund issued. Would have liked the watch bands as they were gifts. Otherwise the bands themselves are great.

Due to shipping, I experienced a bit of a hiccup with my order. Once the company learned of my issue, they resolved it immediately. This was no fault of the business. I would order from this company again.

I highly recommend this seller. My daughters’ charms were lost, I contacted her, and she gladly remade them and we got them in time for Christmas. My girls love their charms!

Item was never shipped but the tracking number was generated. I had to contact Jane in order to be refunded as the seller did not respond to my or Janes emails.

I order this product in November and still haven’t received it.

Never received the notepad so unable to review that, however seller did respond quickly and gave refund.

First order ever from this company, I am completely satisfied
