Poor Customer Service. I received the coasters on 10/31/22. Upon receipt, I discovered the monogram was wrong. It was confusing to order, and I admitted the mistake was mine. I immediately contacted Jane customer support, who put me in contact with the shop. The owner was sweet, offering to make a new set and ship them. I offered payment, since I felt the mistake was mine. She declined, and insisted on sending the new ones free of charge. It’s now been 6 weeks, and I haven’t received anything. I reached back out to Jane 12/4 and never heard anything back. Since these were a Christmas present, originally ordered well in advance, it’s really disappointing.
