I did not receive this item. I contacted the seller several days ago and I have not heard anything back from them. I am disappointed. This is my first purchase from Jane that I have not received in the mail. I was hoping the seller would look into it or even resend another "on the honor system."

This was a gift for my daughter! She loved it!

Ordered this almost three weeks ago and it’s still processing. I double checked the estimated ship date before purchasing because it was for a teacher appreciation gift and I wanted to make sure it arrived on time. Unfortunately, I had to buy another gift and this one is monogrammed with their initials.

Still have not received my order! (Ordered April 29, today: May 16)

Ordered on April 28th and still haven’t received. Edit: I saw that the response was to refer to the ship by date. That date was May 8th. Today is May 16th and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation.

Well I never received the item! I reached out to them after it stated it delivered to let them know. They said they would remake it and send it out, and I've contacted them two times since and have not heard from them. one of the times I reached back out just to make sure they had the correct address. This was meant for my daughters high school graduation and the capping ceremony is today! I would love a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shipped somewhere other than my house, orders weeks ago and still have not received. Seller does not follow through with statements made. Won’t order from again.

The key chain is cute, however my initials came as MEP and it was suppose to to be MPE. What can I do to correct this mistake?

Never have received, it says it was delivered but I never got them. I contacted them they said they would send out the order again and I still have not received. Was ordering for me two grandsons. Super cute and would of been great but I just have not received them!

Tight on my head, took forever to get, the letters look like they’ll peel off if I wear it too much... Other than those three things it’s good. Good material.
