I never received my item. I received an email stating that it had been delivered in another state. I then sent an email to seller and I never received a response. I will not shop Jane.com again

My son’s teacher loved them!

I received an invalid tracking number, and as June 7, I still have not received this order! Nor have I gotten a response from Jane, when I questioned, Where is my Order?! If the seller had provided a valid tracking number, I could maybe POSSIBLY find out WHERE my order is!!! WHERE IS MY ORDER?!?!?!

I ordered these coasters. They were marked to ship over a month ago and are still showing in processing. I've emailed the company with no response back.

Ordered these in the beginning of April, now on June 6, still haven’t received them.. I was told 2 weeks ago I should have gotten them and they would remake and send them, still nothing!!

I emailed the seller with a question and she responded right away! I also asked if she could put a rush on it because it was a graduation gift and she did. LOVE the keychains I bought!!

Great monograms

I was very skeptical after I ordered my car coasters after reading the reviews on this one item, but my order was shipped the day after the estimated ship date and arrived to me within two business days. The coasters look just like the picture and they look GREAT in my car. I am very pleased with this order and thankful I kept my order even after reading the other reviews. Thank you so much!!

These were purchased as a gift for Mother’s Day. They seemed to be good quality, with vibrant colors once they arrived but unfortunately they did take longer than listed to ship and did not arrive in time

Never received item and there were no details with the tracking information. Contacted the seller and expecting a refund.

Bought this to go on stainless cup for my daughter. She loved it. Exactly as I expected!

If I could give zero stars I would. Seller is not responsive! The status showed out for delivery at one point but I never received this and now order status says processing. All of my emails have gone unanswered. VERY disappointed!
