Still waiting. No response from seller. Supposed to ship on 12/19. Four emails. No updated tracking info.

Love this company. I've ordered from them twice and was impressed with both orders. Very timely shipping, high quality boards.

Item was marked sent but then no tracking info was forwarded. I tried to contact and was told not sent, and they would not cancel. I still have not received item. Terrible customer service and I do not recommend one deals with them.

I am only filling this out because Jane sent me the email to give a review. I still have not received this item yet so i can not truly give a review on the actual product. It has said it’s in shipping for awhile with a USPS number but then just says it’s on its way to be shipped. Said it would ship by December 19th but have heard or seen nothing. I can write a better review once I have seen and received the item.

Said it was shipped over a week ago and when you check tracking it still says it just left the warehouse. Still haven't received it...

I Never received my item so I Would rather have left NO stars but it would not let me. My last email from you stated that the item est. ship date was by 12/19/17. Well it’s 12/27/17 and it still has yet to arrive. I paid in full for it and quite frankly I give up on it on now as it was a Christmas gift for relative that traveled a far to us for Christmas !!! #littletolate

The shipping with this company is a nightmare. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to review a product when it hasn’t even been shipped out yet. They reach out to me after a week of the estimated shipping date being past due and after I emailed them twice offering me some bogus discount of my next purchase...what makes them think I will ever order from them again?? I placed my order with plenty of time to be reached my Christmas and it’s a few days after Christmas without even a shipping notification. Absolutely ridiculous!!

My first review on this item was that I never received it. It was a Christmas gift and I finally got it January 16th! That being said, I liked it and the person for whom I bought this for like it too. This is why I only gave 3 stars.

Item was supposed to be shipped on Dec. 19th and as of today I never received the items. The customer service at this company is horrible, they have a recording and no one answers the phone. Do not buy from them.

Ordered this as a Christmas gift on the 10th and it stated it would ship by the 19th. Today is the 27th and it still has not shipped. Emailed them 3 times and even called the number for them. Really disappointed that my nephew and his wife did not receive a gift from me. I am now in contact with Jane.com to see if anything is done. BUYER BEWARE!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Received it later than the date I should have and when I received it it wobbles on a flat surface and would leaned to the right. There was a dent on the side of it and a black mark across the front door that won’t come off. Have contacted the company and haven’t heard anything back.

Still yet to receive these.....waiting...

I am very disappointed with their customer service. Jane should not partner with them. Upset I did not get. This was a Christmas gift.

Had some pretty big flaws in the handle. Looked damaged almost. The engaging part looked good though
