One of the coasters came with the wrong name on it. I attempted to email customer service. The first two times I tried to email it was undeliverable. The third email went through. A reply indicated I would hear back within 24-28 hours. It has been 5 days and I have heard nothing back. Very disappointed

Great quality and loved that the item could be personalized. I used this as a stocking-stuffer for a family member and they loved them.

Much larger that I thought it would be. Good quality. Perfect gift

A little annoyed it didn’t turn out as shown. Was not what was requested nor expected…was expected to look as pictured, but was very different. Not happy.

Perfect gift for my husband!

Very disappointed. I did check measurements prior to ordering and I knew it wasn’t very big. The issue is it’s so thin and lightweight. Also the words seemed smeared and burnt looking. Sadly I was embarrassed to give this gift to my neighbors.

I have ordered before and they were great. I ordered 2 more for a Christmas gift the end of November and they still haven’t come. They have not answered any of my texts to find out status. I’m very disappointed. If they aren’t coming, please tell me ! And if you can’t deliver your product, then you need to fix it.
