Turned out great, just like the other two that I've previously ordered.

Ordered mid Nov. with an expected ship out date of 11/30 on my confirmation.....never received ANY information and they never replied to ANY of my emails. I finally received in Jan. WAY too late without any updates in the process. Company still won't reply to me and Jane won't refund since it's customized. Unless you have MONTHS to wait...don't do it cause they'll take advantage of you.

Super cute and fast shipping

I ordered the personalized serving board as a gift for family, but within a few days of receiving it, it was completely warped. The wood was cracked up the side, and the entire front piece of wood is coming off. It's been almost a month, and I've still not received an email back regarding whether or not I can get a replacement. Absolutely horrible costumer service.

Kinda cheap set...but great for my 6 year old. Paints & scissors are not great quality

While the product itself is as described, the absence of communication from the seller was unacceptable and unprofessional. I did not receive confirmation of purchase, confirmation of shipping, and only after Jane.com was notified did the seller respond. The product was not delivered even remotely close to when guaranteed. As this was the main part of a Christmas gift for someone else, I would not have ordered if I had known how poor and unprofessional the process would be.
