Sizing not right at all. Runs VERY small and fitted

Order was placed on 8/19. As of 9/13, I still have not received the hoodie. They said they were sending out a replacement since I never received my original order. Since then, I’ve emailed twice asking for tracking info. Haven’t received an updated tracking number and they’ve stopped responding to my emails
LOVE everything about this. Design is adorable. Color is perfect. The fabric is quality and also super soft! Fits comfortably - not tight.
