Beautiful colors

This hoodie is perfect, soft and everything you want in a hoodie. My only regret is that I sized up, I should have stuck with a large. The plum color is beautiful!

Horrible customer service. I’ve spent three weeks emailing everyday trying to get an update on tracking info. I reached out to this company on Facebook, email and website. No response. They have now “restocked” this on jane.com and I’ve yet to see the order I placed. Requested refund and still no response. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and will be filing a claim.

Bought two sizes as I was unsure which would fit better, turns out the larger size fit nicer. However, the print is crooked on the larger size. :(
