The craftsmanship is wonderful and the turnaround time (including delivery) was surprisingly speedy. I don't mind the piece being unfinished since the savings is so worth it, compared to other options out there.

These signs are absolutely beautiful and their customer service is incredible. I ordered signs for my daughters nursery and when they came, I was very disappointed with the look of one letter. I emailed the company and I received a very prompt reply. I was able to receive a new item and it is absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait to paint them and hang above my daughters crib!

Purchased in January and had to contact the sender due to a mail mishap. She was flexible and accommodating to meet my needs and ensure I received my purchased frame. Friendly throughout the whole process which is greatly appreciated.

Sure would have been nice to get the finish like in the pic....bare plywood that still had sawdust on it. After waiting this long for delivery, I shouldn't have to paint it also!
