Arrived broken and haven't received a response on how to get a replacement.
Loved. We spray painted pink and put in my daughter's room - we love it!
Maybe the item description says somewhere that the item is unpainted and unstained, but if it does, I certainly didn't notice and I was surprised when it showed up unstained/unpainted.

Just received my order replacement and I absolutely in love!!! Words cannot express they went above and beyond to what I ever could of expected. I would definitely recommend and buy these again in a heartbeat.

These are “ok”. Much much thinner than I expected. One of the words was broken, but I’m not going to bother with returning it. These weren’t worth $19.99. Oh well...

My purchase was scheduled to ship by July 31, 2018. As of August 16, 2018, I have not received the item I purchased for my daughter’s baby shower held on August 11. I’ve exchanged emails with Ashley promising me the item shipped last week. I contacted Ashley again yesterday to notify her I hadn’t received my purchase. I also didn’t receive a tracking number to track my package. At this point I’m considering asking for a refund. I’m currently out $50 for the purchase and nothing to show for it. Extremely disappointed.

I received my item broken and when put together both names did not equal 60". I could live with the fact it was not the size stated on the deal because it was large enough. Deal stated it would ship on a Friday, seller printed label, but did not ship until the following Thursday. Replacement item came in, but due to the large size it was held at the main hub, I never received a tracking # from the seller so it sat at our main hub until after the party I purchased it for. I requested the tracking # from the seller and never heard back from them until after I contacted Jane that I wanted a refund. The name was not cut as nicely as I thought it would be, but it is nice enough to display. At this point I just hope to get my money back and a return label to ship it back.
