Super cheap looking sign. I should have just bought one off of Etsy. Shipping took over a month even though it had a "ship by date". Disappointed.

I had ordered a product and they were very helpful at first. When I receive the product I received somebody else's picture. And when I went to figure out a solution it took forever for email to go back-and-forth and also eventually stop emailing me to figure out a solution.

It was thinner than I thought it would be.

I left a note for a specific color lettering and the the note was not followed. Other than the color choices being wrong, it was a great product.

Don't do it! I still don't have my purchase. I have reached out and asked the status and heard nothing. It said "shipped" by March 24 but the tracking info says "Pre-shipment" so the post hasn't received it to process. I have now asked the seller for a refund. We will see if I hear anything now. It is very poor business to have a product not ship nearly 2 weeks after you state it will and not provide any word to the buyer, even after multiple attempts by the buyer to inquire. I will reach out to the Jane company if I hear nothing today. I do not like poor business practice at all.

The one thing I do like about the photo? It's size and how light weight it is. The corners were super sharp, and one came bent and looks ridiculous. The quality of the print is terrible, there seems to be a halo effect going on and some of it is glossy, most of it being matte. It's a cheap job! Incidentally, when I originally purchased it on February 22nd, it was shipped to the wrong person!! It took me over a week to get in touch with someone to explain to me what was going on. I was hoping to have a nice photo to help celebrate my anniversary on March 15th, but nope.. still no sign of my sign! Just about a month later this piece of metal showed up on my doorstep. I've since asked for a refund and yet again no sign of any communication. I will never buy from The Sign Shoppe again! Get your shit together and someone who is better with photo editing.

Nicell made but doesnt say in description about how to install on wall, so I figured it was made already to be hung, but sadly no. They said to use adhesives to attach to the wall in thevery package.
