I ordered this in November. When I contacted them last week, they said they ordered the wrong size and were waiting on another one to be printed and would send it. I've sent at least three emails since then with no reply. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Looks like I'll be shopping for something else. Very disappointed.

I take part ownership of my 3 stars - I most not have read the measurements. I thought each piece was going to be 2-3x larger than they are, based off of the pictures. Make sure you read the sizing before you purchase and that the size is what you are looking for!

Really cute I expected them to be a little bit bigger maybe twice the size of what they were but that's OK

Seller was great to work with and allowed more time for upload because my email filtered out the instructions. However, the print came back quite grainy. Not sure if my pics uploaded at a lower resolution but I would have appreciated an email if so.

-Fun and trendy product. -Tile backgrounds are the EXACT same [feels fake almost since its trying to give the distressed look]. They need to be at least rotated, or have some variation in them to enhance the look. -Seller had delays in production that were not communicated upon purchase. Note came a week later letting me know there was a delay in production.

I have nothing but good to say about The Sign Shoppe. I ordered a print from them a couple of weeks ago and in the process of leaving the store and arriving at my door it got a little beat up due to the travel conditions. After receiving my picture I was asked to write a review on the product - it had good quality- awesome metal backing but it was a bit bent, not thinking anything would come of it I wrote it on my review. Within hours of submitting my review Janessa from the Sign Shoppe had contacted me to apologize and offer to send me a new print. I was shocked at how quick she responded, actually I was shocked that I received a response at all. Haha You don't often come across costumer service like this these days. They were very accommodating and got me a new print in the mail ASAP . I am very satisfied with the product and their customer skills and would definitely refer them to a friend and do future business with them. Thanks again Janessa!
