Took stars off because they sent me a jar opener instead of the mask. Customer service was very prompt and apologetic. They sent me the correct item immediately along with a completely useless pair of gardening gloves as an "I'm sorry" but it was a nice thought. The mask itself is really fun to use but not noticeably beneficial. So I'm glad I tried it but wouldn't buy it again.

I'd love to leave a review for this item but I still haven't received it. The shipping info said that the label was made May 9th, but there still isn't any tracking info available. When I ordered, it said it would ship by the 9th. I'll adjust my review once I receive the item.

Wish I could leave negative stars! I purchased this and never received my spinner. I emailed seller and never received a reply now I have to go through a PayPal dispute over 10$ which is really crazy!

This was estimated to ship by May 10th. Well, today is May 18th and it still has not shipped. Update - today is May 24th and still haven't received anything. I emailed the seller twice before getting a response. I asked for the tracking # and she has yet to send it. Will not purchase from her again.
