I was very hesitant about buying this thinking it wouldn’t work, but it actually does. Great for those who don’t want to ruin natural lashes.
These are awesome!!
The eyeliner gets on my eyelashes as I try and put it on. Was messy too and it got on my fingers. It's not like regular liquid eyeliner. I was able to get it to work and I recieved lots of compliments. It was frustrating putting it on and took 30 minutes to do it.
Works great. Disappointed in the cover to protect the shaving surface. Will not stay on.

The item itself is as described. But I was not happy with the lack of communication about shipping. I received an email stating my item had shipped, when I never received it I emailed the seller. She responded that the item was damaged and she was waiting on a new shipment to come in. I was never informed of this, and had hoped it would come by a certain date. Just wish there would have been better communication.
Best customer service yet! I was not as pleased when i first received my product. She graciously sent out a new set without me even asking.

Dried up right when I opened it but the seller contacted me and is replacing it. Very good customer service and very appreciative
Final update:I’m sticking with the three stars - personally I found that although the replacement worked better than the first, the hair has to be pretty long in order to be effective so if you’re willing to go weeks between shaving this could be great, but even still didn’t give me a super smooth clean feel. Awesome customer service & worth giving it a try for the right price though. Update: I am changing my 1 star to 3 because I was immediately contacted by the seller with an apology and informed that they have shipped a replacement - I am optimistic that maybe there was just an issue with my first, if the new one seems to remove hair I will increase my rating again! Fingers crossed - stay tuned! (Thank you, Wendy! Great customer service!) Literally did not remove a single hair from my body. Super disappointing because I had seen this several times and finally ordered one, really bummed!
