First of all this is the fastest shipping I've gotten for anything that is custom made on Jane.com and I am very impressed by that. I thought this gift would be a belated gift but it wasn't! I loved the quality for the price. It didn't look cheaply made which I was afraid of. The seller immediately contacted me after purchase to request a picture and listened to my instructions. I am very pleased with my order. I contacted the company with questions and they responded right away. They offered to try out the picture I sent to make sure it would work and if not they would let me know. I would order another again.
