Unable to tell you about this product since I still haven’t received it yet. My order was placed on 6/17. The seller quickly created the label, but didn’t get it to the post office until 6/21. It’s been lost since 6/25. I reached out to the seller on 6/28 and was asked to wait until 6/30. After waiting as asked and still no movement I reached out to the seller again and was told, “Reshipping right now!!” (How rude) As if this morning it shows the label was created on 6/30 and the post office hasn’t taken possession of the replacement item yet. Sellers like this one make me not want to do online shopping…you’ve received payment, but you take your precious time sending it to me.

Product arrived with a piece broken. Envelope was not appropriate for posted earrings. Contacted seller and he replied with a snarky, condescending response. No apologies and no help. Several days later-still no effort to make good. Do NOT recommend this seller.

The card turned out amazing and my son loved it. He got very emotional when he saw the picture of his Dad giving him the biggest hug ever. (We lost him 3 1/2 years ago). Austin was about 2 years old in the picture. Thank you

Fun gift idea! The song code is printed on the keychain, not engraved or set deeper into the leather, so I’m wondering if it will rub off with time. Regardless, it’s a great find.
