Cute Keychain. Great to work with.
You need spotify premium for this product to work. The warning in the product description is not strong enough to make people that don't use the platform understand. The merchant is both condescending and rude. He graciously offered to provide a refund if returning the item in a way it can be tracked and not giving him a negative review. Since that would cost $13 and any refund would be negated...my bank refunded it and here I am..providing an honest review. Jane customer service, although the representative agreed with me it showed they have no control of the merchants on their platform. Etsy would have stepped in to correct the situation. This man is a bully..he doesnt deserve my business. And wait for his ignorant response! He's famous for them!
It did not work
This went above and beyond my expectations! It is really a beautiful keychain. My husband was so surprised by this gift. He really loved how thoughtful it was.
The wrong product was sent BUT they made it right and got it to me before Valentine’s Day! I love it and couldn’t wait to give it to my husband. He thought it was really cool so that’s awesome! Thanks for getting back to me and getting it to me fast!
This is a complete piece of junk. It doesn't work no matter how many times you try to scan it. We contacted the business and not only was he incredibly rude and snarky he is unwilling to make a new one that actually works or refund my money. This is incredibly disappointing considering this was my husband's Valentines Day gift.
