I am really confused & saddened because I never received this item. USPS said it was delivered and I never got it. I tried to contact the seller and they still weren’t able to help me. I was really excited to get this for my best friend for her baby, but now I’m just frustrated and disappointed. I hope the seller could help me 😥

I would recommend this monogrammed burp cloth IF they pay attention to where they're monogramming. The name goes straight through the deer's head...literally could have raised the monogram by half and inch and there would be nothing in the way. Monogram is also crooked. Material is good and thick, the monogram is thick and visible.
