Order November 29 never received!! Emailed seller no reply! This was a Christmas gift and I don't have it or my money back!!!

they turned out really cute but it did take much longer to receive. company not great at responding to email.

Wish I could give zero stars. Seller shipped the item very late. Then shipped it to the wrong address. According to USPS it was shipped (and successfully delivered) to Illinois and I live in Florida. I contacted the seller twice and have not received communication back. This was for Christmas and I did not receive it. I am contacting Jane regarding this transaction.

The order was delivered to the wrong, out of state address. I ordered this as a Christmas gift on 12/5/17. After an email to Jane Support, I finally received shipping information on 12/20/17. Unfortunately, as stated above, it was the wrong address. I have contacted the seller and have not heard back. Extremely disappointed.

Didn't receive these in time to gift them to their intended recipients at the faculty Christmas party. Advert said they would ship no later than Dec. 9 but actual ship date was Dec. 18. No communication from seller about delay. Unfortunately I will have to pay additional shipping charges so my friends can receive these before Christmas. I won't see them again until January.

If I could give zero stars that’s what I would give. I ordered Dec 4th still have not received my order! I’ve sent two emails with no response. When I view tracking it shows delivered in Illinois....I’m in Arkansas! 😡

Love the coaters but, very poor Communication via the seller as there was no communication received back from the seller when I sent email inquiring with a question. Also items arrived 13 days after estimated arrival date. Had ordered in plenty of time to have for a special occasion and didn’t receive in time. :(

I emailed both the owner of company and Jane. Order a decal 11/27/2017 Supposed to ship by 12/01 I still have not received this, and it is a Christmas gift. I have a tracking number, but it has said the same thing since 12/09. That the preshipment label has been printed. This is upsetting as it was supposed to go on something for a Christmas gift, and I have not heard back from neither Jane or the owner of company.

Ridiculously slow. Almost a full month and they JUST shipped with not ETA. Was going to give as a Christmas gift.

I placed my order November 29 and didn't receive my order until December 19. I emailed the seller about this item and never heard back from them when it came to shipping. I love the keychain, but shipping was awful.
