Purchased June 1st.... it is now July 22nd.... nearly 2 months later and it’s still processing.

Never received product. Company sent to wrong address.

Very cute! Just what I needed/wanted!

They took a while to arrive. But they are much smaller than I anticipated. Left a lot of negative space in my cup holder I don’t like the look of it. The product itself is beautiful. Very nice quality and is sandstone. I docked on star for the shipping time (almost 2 months) And one for the size (I can’t use).

They are advertised as "sandstone" however they are plastic. They are still pretty and look fine in my car. Also, after 2 months of waiting for them, I contacted the company. They thought they had already been shipped. I received them within 2 weeks.

I can't review a product that I haven't received yet. I sent an email and haven't heard back from the seller. I would like a refund if I do not get my product. I can delete this or change my review when I receive my product.

While she was very polite in correspondence, I ordered these for a specific occasion occurring a week after the projected ship date. They arrived a over a month after ordering, (about a week later than ever should have been) only after prompting her. Then she said she emailed me to notify of the delay which I do not believe is true. Then when I said they are late and I missed my occasion, she offered a refund if I returned them. They are personalized! The only reason she would have me send them back is to make sure I didn’t get something for free. Good grief. Then I requested the refund she promised twice, and she said she had submitted it through Jane but no emails came from her or Jane actually showing that it occurred. I didn’t want to leave bad feedback so I gave it 2 months but I’m still not refunded and missed my occasion to give these bags, so BUYER BEWARE.
