First shipment went to the wrong City. I emailed and she was quick to send another one. When I got the 2nd shipment it was messed up. Emailed twice with no response.

I have not received this item. I have emailed the company and got no response.

I've emailed this company three times with no response. This was supposed to be shipped on December 3rd but is "still processing". So disappointed!! This was supposed to be a Christmas present. So if I don't receive it do I get my money back????? Awful customer service!!! Do not purchase anything from this person.
