The initials were backwards

They are much smaller than I would have though for my cup holders

I ordered a custom pet tag for my dog and when I emailed the vendor (not Jane) because the movement with my order just stopped I have yet to get a response from the vendor. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. I would like a prompt refund of my money as they should have purchased insurance for the shipment coming to me. They got my money but I never got my product. I'm very dissatisfied.
