The USPS lost this item in transit, but the Seller has kindly assisted and helped with reorder. I am still waiting to receive the item.

It was not what I expected at all!!! The burlap bow was my favorite. I ordered it in red but was not thinking the entire thing would be red. Very hard to see my initials. Also the wire to put it on my Bogg bag was very hard to open and close. I honestly thought it would be more like a bit that goes in the little holes of the bag but that’s ok. The details were nice. Again, I think what I didn’t like about it was my fault because I should have looked at all the details carefully before selecting the options I did. It took a while to arrive but I think it’s to be expected with personalized items.
