I ordered these on November 14th and they were estimated to ship by November 18 and the pre ship label was made November 19th but it still says processing, and the post office is still waiting to receive it.... I emailed the shop but I still have not received a reply yet as to why it’s taking so long. I need these before Christmas and that’s why I ordered so early. I finally got my purchase a month later and they are incorrect clip colors both are clear and one is supposed to be white and the other black. The only thing correct are the initials and the colors of the initials. Very disappointed. I would have rather gotten a refund stating they ran out instead of getting something I didn’t want.

I'm very happy with my labels! I had a small concern during the shipping process, but the seller handled it right away. The labels are adorable and very good quality.

ordered 11/14/17....its 12/1/18 still do not have my order!!!!

I believe I would actually give this no stars, but the comment box wouldn't pop up without clicking at least one. Had I read the other comments first, I wouldn't have ordered. It sounds like it is common practice to "send" the items to a different location (not even in the state). I inquired with the seller because the shipping update shows it was delivered to FL...not Ohio where I am. I still have not heard anything back about the company nor received the item. Not sure if I will.......
