This top is sooo adorable! And even though it says dry clean only, it washes up nicely as long as I hang it to dry.
Yes, the fabric is soft, but that's where the good stops. This dress is way oversized. I would say the small fits more like a large, if not XL. And the cute tufts in the fabric is only on the front. The back is just plain, straight fabric.

Cute, simple dress with pockets as described. Loose fitting and no need to size up IMO. Only tiered in the front so 4/5 stars. Shipped out quickly.
Super cute! Be aware that the sizes differ between tops. I ordered the same size, but one of the patterns (purple floral)was larger than the other (orange flowers).
