It's a Christmas gift so it looks perfect
Great gifts, but they are small
Very soft and sweet. My granddaughter is going to love it. A very nice surprise on how soft the fabric is.
Etching not as deep as I thought it should be
Very misleading. Thought the order was two sets of two. Needs to be worded differently to make it clearer. The personalizing is very light in color. Also very hard to get in touch with company to discuss. Wouldn't purchase again.
Was guaranteed to ship by November 20th according to the AD. I emailed on November 27th, and got a reply the next day saying that it’s only been 9 “business days” and that my order is still in production. If you choose to not count the day before and after thanksgiving as non-business days then I guess it’s only been 9 days. (I work my business on both of those days). Either way - despite how many business days you claim it’s been - the ad said it would ship by November 20th, and 8 days later it still hasn’t shipped.
