1 Star only because I STILL have not received my item or a notification that it’s shipped in which I wrote and email about and whoever replied said it would ship out LAST week and be here no later than this week... it is Wednesday and I’m getting annoyed and worried I will not have this by Christmas as it is a gift

Just as beautiful as in the pictures! I haven’t used it yet as it has a very strong smell of burnt wood, so I am airing it out to see if I can get rid of it a little!
