I like the bag. The straps need to be made stronger to tote hefty items, but for the price, it’s not a bad tote. The monogram is nicely done.

The personalize was good but only a portion of the personalization was stained- portions of it can't be seen because it wasn't stained. Very disappointed- this was a gift! Poor Quality!
