Update! A customer service rep. reached out to me. After some discussion and view of the product I received they sent me another one as I expected it to look they did an awesome job! Very cute n useful, just wish the engraving was darker as it's very light you can barely see it.

I ordered and it arrived broken. I sent the company an email. They mailed a new one and it was printed incorrectly. I sent another email. Nothing for 3 weeks now.
