This item was damaged when I opened the package. One side of the knife, the side that has my fiancé’s initials, is not attached to the rest of the knife. It’s a separate piece of wood in the bag. I am so upset as this is supposed to be a Christmas present and now I don’t know what to do. I have contacted the seller to ask for a refund.

I wasn’t bothered by the slow shipping due to the holidays but I was upset when it did arrive and the bottom of the purse is half sewn and it has a area not sewn. I contacted the seller and received no response. Very poor quality!

The plastic is very thin and the fabric isn’t the best quality. I am very nervous about putting my wallet or phone in it because it might brake the bag with all the weight.
