Zipper didn't work right monogram was over lapping

Ordered this bag in cream but it looks more like a pale yellow color. Also, can’t move the straps to adjust.

Bought one for me and one as a gift. Loved them both and my sons girlfriend is loving hers as well! Thank you so much for such a great product!

Item did NOT meet expectations based on product images. Unfortunately, this business does not provide an example of all letters in each font. So, unknowingly, the purse came to me with the middle initial "C" looking much more like a "G" (which defeats the whole purpose of a monogram). Worst of all, I attempted to contact the business with zero reply. Will not be purchasing from them in the future.

They have a film or something on them. When u put them on everything is blurry.
