Sent someone else's order. Tried to reach out to seller and no response. Very disappointed
Still haven’t received my item I have contacted seller and she won’t respond
Shirt itself is very cute However, I ordered it for a specific reason and made sure it would ship in time Needless to say it was not shipped by when they said it would When I tried to reach out to cancel my order, twice, I was never responded to I got in touch with Jane customer service who "reached out" to the seller as well and still have yet to hear back anything In the end had to go buy another shirt to have for the occasion. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service, even though I totally understand ordering things online runs a risk of being late, the lack of care for their customers is what gets me the most
I wish I could give less than 1 star I was looking forward to my personalized Christmas shirts for my kids This past Monday I received my order but instead of a boy Jackson and girl Amelia shirt, I received two girls shirts for Ava and Ella I tried to contact the seller multiple times this week and have received ZERO response! It is now Saturday...almost an entire week has passed Even Jane Support tried to contact the seller. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!

Perfect Christmas Jammies! Adorable and soft. They do run a tad small which is perfect if your kid is on the tiny size otherwise I recommend to size up.
Wow these are so beautiful and perfect! I can't wait for my kids to open these on Christmas Eve!

Shirts are adorable but letters fell off before the first wearing of one of them. Disappointing

Ordered two one for my daughter and one for my son. During the first wear his letters for his name started to peel off. I was hoping to get more than one wear out of it.
