Great sweatshirts!

Ordered two custom sweatshirts. One was perfect and the other had a misspelling (their fault). The poor review is not because of the mix-up, but because of their poor customer service. Still trying to get them respond after a month.

I love this sweatshirt. I love the puffy metallic gold paint, I love the vibrant green, and I love how comfortable it is. I’m a huge fan.

The print is super cute but the shirt is stiff and not soft. Thin material.

I LOVE this sweatshirt! I got it with my school and county’s mascot name on it and it completely fulfilled my expectations. Got a size bigger than what I’d normally wear so I could wear leggings!

Very upset with this company! Spell check messed up the spelling on my sweatshirts, and I sent them several emails asking them to not ship the wrong ones, and to tell me how much it would cost to do the spelling right, but no one ever responded to me! I didn’t want to pay shipping twice! I also know they never even started the personalization before they were contacted, but that’s not my concern! They could’ve at least respond back to me! These are expensive, and I have twins, so everything comes in twos! I’m just blown away by how this company did me wrong!

 I ordered two sweatshirts – one with mama, an example that is shown, and one with grandma, which is not. While the "mama" one looks like the picture, the other I received has "grand" on one line and "ma" on another. It looks very strange. I don't think it's unreasonable to have expected that they would've put the word "grandma" all on one line.  If they were going to do this, they should have shown it in an example since this is a product that cannot be returned and now I'm out money for a gift that I cannot give.

Love these shirts. Comfy, long enough to tie a knot if I want. I can wear jeans or dress them up with a long cardigan.
