Not the product inordered. Not correct stitching or colors

My shirt arrived with two holes in it. The holes are large enough and in a place that makes it so the shirt is unwearable. I contacted the seller and received no response. Contacted Jane and was told I would receive a replacement shirt. That was almost a month ago and I still haven’t received a replacement shirt or even my money back. I have tried to follow up with the seller and Jane with no response from either. Frustrating!

My nickname is “Lyndarella” and no one would ever put it on a shirt for me until NOW! I ordered the olive green color and I am thrilled at how good it looks! True to size!

I ordered the grey with a maroon name and it showed up as pinkish-red. Will not wear:(

The shirt I received is someone else’s order. I did not receive the shirt I ordered. I have emailed the company several times and messaged with no response. Until this is made right, I will never order from them again and will not recommend Jane.come to my family or friends.

I’m so upset I won’t be able to wear this sweatshirt! I chose a white sweatshirt with burgundy font, but the burgundy is RED! Nowhere near our school colors. The quality is great, and it’s super cute…it just doesn’t match our school colors at all.

I ordered this shirt with maroon print and it came in bright red

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered 5 sweatshirts and they only sent 3. Janes customer service reached out to the company 3 times and they never responded. I emailed the company, contacted them on Instagram and Facebook and they ghosted me. Janes customer service refunded me for the two sweatshirts that I never received. I will never purchase from this company again.
