Received my sweatshirt and it has a hole in the front. I would like another sent to me. I will change my rating when I have my item replaced.
Didn’t receive what I asked for. Customer service is pointless. They don’t contact anyone back. It’s been nearly a month since I ordered and 10 days I’ve had the sweater and nobody has tried to help, replace item or even offer my money back.

Sweatshirts are nice, however I was not thrilled to have my grandma sweaters show up saying grand on the top, and ma underneath versus all on one line.

I gave one star for it looking like pictures. However, as soon as I placed the order I realized there was a capitalization error in my order. I immediately messaged customer service and was on hold until they closed. Jane contacted me through email and then tried to resolve the issue by reaching out to the seller through email. I never heard back from the seller to fix the order before it was sent. I realize I should have checked prior to hitting submit but I did reach out immediately to try to fix one letter in the shirts.
The hearts did not look like hearts. Incorrectly shaped and much smaller than I expected.
Cute but they run HUGE! The medium is like an extra large. And I’m embarrassed to give the XL to my mother in law. She is going to get the wrong impression of what I think of her size. Bummer.
