I ordered two sweatshirts. A Mama one and a Grandma one. I was very pleased with the quality of both crewnecks, but upon receiving my grandma crewneck I realized it was in two lines instead of one. I was pretty disappointed in this because it never stated that it would be in two lines so I reached out to the seller. The seller apologized for the incident and sent out a replacement sweatshirt of grandma in one line. I’m still waiting for the replacement as it just occurred, but will update my post once received. :)
Cute shirt, fits well
My shirt has a line across the top of the personalization. Looks to have happened where the puff design was applied and the paper pulled away. The line is very noticeable. I was very excited to get this shirt, but not with the line across the front.

Product was great, customer service is terrible. Got an email saying it shipped and over 2 weeks later it still had no movement, I tried emailing the company and they never responded. Will not be purchasing from this vendor again.
The sweaters are so soft and very comfy. My usual size was still a little big so it made it more comfy!!
