Ring runs very small, Order up

While I love the ring I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my friend I immediately sent a message right after my order was sent through and asked for a 10 instead of the 9 for her No response Get the rings Both are 9's Attempted again to contact Still nothing While I understand it is my fault for the in correct size a reply would have been appreciated I've got to now order another one for her Good quality ring though

I did not receive the ring I ordered but the one I got is okay. It wasn’t worth it to return/exchange the ring.

Got this to wear to work. I love it fits true to size. Silver is so pretty.

Size 7 did not fit my daughter, it was too small Strange cause my daughter wears 6.5 so if anything it should of been big Contacted seller they said I could return if I had it in original packaging I tossed the cheap plastic it came in when I have as a gift so I could not return Now I'm stuck with a rig that does not fit
