Never got a product that was ordered, emailed the company and never heard back... hate to leave a bad review just wish you'd at least do the right thing. Either refund or send another one.

My daughter loves this ring and I would give this 5 stars but it was supposed to be free shipping and there was $5 postage due when it arrived. Not was I was expecting from Jane.com
One of the stones fell out on day 2 of receiving this ring. I immediately reached out the the vendor and have still have not heard back from them.
Just received my ring and it's nice quality with no imperfections. The only issue I have is with pricing! I think I would order more if they weren't so expensive.
