When I received my ring, the heart was bent down so I can’t get it on my finger. I have contacted the seller numerous times to get it replaced and I have not received a response

I never received the item. I received the empty/destroyed package from the post office. When I contacted the seller to ask for a refund or a replacement, they didn't reply and I had to contact Jane customer support in order to get a response. I understand that it wasn't their fault that the package was destroyed in transit, but the fact that they wouldn't respond to my message left a bad impression for me.

I have so many of these rings. I never take them off. The are still shiny years later!

love it! i would like to buy similar rings for other fingers. My ring is pretty, and dainty. It looks like quality jewelry not like cheap jewelry . I bought the white one, you should see the light catch on the gem! I am so happy with my purchase.

Love my ring! Got the hammered face band. It wasasmaller then normal maybe half a size smaller than most rings. Came fast and line it. They areaa little thinner then expecting.

Tarnished after one wear.
