Very cute, wish there were 1/2 sizes

Unfortunately this ring came damaged...smashed/bent. I tried to rework to be able to wear but beyond fixable. Gave 2 stars as not 100% sellers fault...poor packaging, yes, but delivery service partially to blame probably too. :(

I want to love my new ring, however, I am at a loss with it. The description says it's a ring with "a twist", in actuality and plainly stated it's a puzzle ring. After receiving my order I opened the ring, cut the label and string on it (not realizing that the string was holding it all together), and proceeded to drop the ring. It's a jumble now and I am unable to figure out how to fit the 4 intertwined pieces together correctly. I've messaged the seller twice and have received no feedback from them. I'd like to wear my ring, unfortunately, that is not a possibility in it's current state.

I contacted the seller about my ring that had came broken on Monday. Still no response hopefully someone contacts soon.

Very pretty

Was sent wrong size. Reached out 3 times to seller and NOTHING from them. Horrible customer service. I guy so much from Jane and I will never buy from this seller again.
