The ring is adorable but I feel like sizing was off. I wear a 9.5 on my finger and this ring is the same size as that ring when I compare them even though I ordered a 12. Make sure to order up a size or two

I ordered the feather jasmine ring and got a totally different ring. I like this one fine, but it’s not the one I wanted and looks nothing like the photo.

I received my ring and it was egg shaped, not round . I seems to be very thin .I contacted the seller with 3 emails , including a picture of the damaged item in my first email. I asked for a return label so I could mail the damaged item back for a refund. I have not heard back.
