Honestly the best customer service experience of my life! I ordered two of the wrong sizes and Monique switched them for me before they shipped out and then two got damage via the mail and she replaced them for free!!!!! Love this shop and highly recommend. Monique is a life saver!

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. My first package arrived with no rings in it. The company responded to my inquiry and sent out a second package however I only received one ring instead of the two I ordered. I have tried to reach out to this company twice now with no response. I am extremely disappointed since I am not out a ring and that money.
