the band itself is nice but i needed larger size. i tried to communicate with the seller but it was awful. first email response from them was after almost 3 days after my initial email and only because Jane customer service got involved. then my next response to them went unanswered so i was offered a refund by Jane. they were on top of it, seller not so much

Ordered a ring, they sent me one that looked nothing like what I had ordered. I messaged them about sending it back, and never heard from them. Disappointed.
