One of the studs came bent

I ordered this item (size 7 horseshoe ring) on 6/26. The Jane listing provided a shipping estimate of 7/5. Tracking showed "pre-shipment, label created" on 7/1. After not receiving my order for several weeks, I contacted the seller on 7/20 and 7/24. Mub did not respond either time. I then reached out to Jane. They contacted the seller twice on my behalf, and again, no response from Mub. Thankfully Jane was able to initiate a refund. I would not recommend ordering from this seller as no matter the potential quality of the product, their communication is 100% lacking.

Finally did receive my ring and I absolutely love it. It was not the sellers fault that it took so long for me to receive it was the postal service.
