The bag that I ordered came with three holes in it, two slashes on the side and one big one at the bottom where you would put stuff in. The seller contacted me immediately after posting my review to refund my bag due to the slashes which seems to may have happened in transportation. Customer service is excellent and seems very helpful! Bag is bright in color and perfect in size. I will be trying my order again.

Insanely fast shipping especially for a personalized embroidered item! The quality is amazing! I have to note the over the top customer service as well. I accidentally messed up my order when placing it and the seller was quick to respond and solved it for me so efficiently! Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer!
I give 4 stars only because where they placed the name, the design on the blanket part makes it look like it says Jaekson instead of Jackson. Otherwise it looks great, shipped quickly.
