exchange process was a little nerve-wracking because of time and communication due to seller being out of town delays. However seller did contact upon return. I will say this seller is definitely kind, understanding, and trustworthy. Would purchase again for sure from this seller Note - shirt fits a bit more snug. going up a size increases the depth of the v-neck - just something to take into consideration when picking your size
