I love these earrings but I’m a little disappointed in the lack of description on Jane’s website. I think the earrings should have a written description of the colors because it’s tricky determining the true color based on just the picture on my phone. Due to this, I’ve gotten colors that I didn’t intend to purchase. After realizing that I ordered a color that I previously had ordered, I selected “contact seller” two days after placing my order to request a new pair before the order went out. The estimated ship date was 5/26. I emailed on 5/20 (two days after my order) but the seller didn’t respond until 5/24 saying they would make the change. The very next day, my order arrived with my original order. I think customer service could be better. I understand that you are a small company but letting a customer’s email sit for four days is not ok in my opinion. If I had a phone number, I would have called you. Also, I’m suggesting that you let the customer pick the fourth (free) pair in the future especially if it’s a repeat customer. I now have another duplicate pair of earrings because you sent ones that I already own.
