There was no size chart so I had to take my best guess. I got a M and they are snug in the waist and a little short in the legs. I wish I had gotten L. But with a little alteration, they work fine
The pants are very nice. I hung them up and misted them with water to get the wrinkles out from shipping and they came out just fine.

So soft and comfortable. I ordered a large and they are true to fit, maybe even a hair larger but I'd rather have the roomy space.
