Received the Dream Catcher (Gold) and the chains were completely tied in knots. Worked on it for an hour with the help of my daughter. I ended up taking it apart at the clasp, untangling the knotted chains and reassembling the necklace. Quality control was really lacking, as it should have never been shipped in that condition!
